The back of the knee is called the Popliteal Fossa
On my sons, I call it the "tickle spot".
It is the popliteal fossa. But in my world is the kicking spot. At high school (those were the days...) you had to watch out because there was always someone after you to make you fall (and look like an idiot) by kicking that spot.
