I have a Samsung LN-S4695D brand new. I'm getting a line right down the middle of picture. Line seems to be Pixals, The line is only in Green+Red and always changes. I don't believe it to be the TV. Doesn't show in HD. Witnessed by cable Co. No answer.

Is that (Samsung"")a TV? What I believe you might be experiencing is called ingress. It can look different in a lot of ways. To sum up what ever your source(cable/antenna/dish)can pick up a 'ghosting' image from outside broadcasts. If you are using the cheap supplied slip on connection cables, they permit ingress, use shielded snap-n-seal type connectors that screw firmly in(not the slip on type)If I'm right it can be anywhere from the source to the tv, broadcast tv bleeds in and since there's a time differential the same broadcast as a cable signal for instance, it can cause ghosting, black bars, bright stripes, etc. I hope this helps, let me know.
