    Vitamin C

    Niacin

    Niacin, also known as vitamin B3, helps in energy production because it is involved in the production of steroid hormones in the adrenal gland. Lean meats, liver, poultry, milk and canned salmon are good sources of niacin.

    Riboflavin

    Riboflavin, or vitamin B2, is required in the metabolizing of fats, carbohydrates and proteins. Milk, cheese, leafy green vegetables, liver and kidneys are good sources of riboflavin.
