Where to Find Candles
Specialty stores, such as Yankee Candle, can be found in many shopping malls. These stores carry scented and unscented candles in a wide range of sizes and colors. Yankee Candle's inventory includes mostly scented candles, though the larger stores and website carry a varied assortment of decorative candles and methods of displaying them. Alternatively, department stores like Target and Kohl's usually have home interior departments where you can find candles and candle holders. In your favorite grocery store, look in the aisle where you would find air fresheners for the scented candles made by Glade and other companies typically associated with cleaning products. In addition to permanent stores, candle makers often set up booths at craft fairs and holiday expositions. Check your local newspaper for these events and call or check the event website for a list of what you can expect to find there.
