Deleting search history in Dogpile requires having access to the search engine's browser toolbar. The browser toolbar is where all of the Dogpile preferences and settings are located. These configurations are the key to deleting Dogpile search history. Open your Internet browser, and locate the Dogpile search toolbar at the top of the browser window. Click the down arrow to the left of the Dogpile search bar. At the bottom of the drop-down menu that will appear below the toolbar, click on the "Clear History" action. This action will remove all of the searched items in the drop-down menu.

This process is done the exact same way you delete history from the full browser itself. Go to the "Tools" navigation tab at the top of the browser window. Select the "Internet Options" folder in the "Tools" menu list. Click on the "Delete" button when the window opens. Check all of the boxes that appear in the window to delete all of the website searches and URLs, including all of the Dogpile history. In more recent versions of Internet Explorer, click on the "Safety" tab in the browser Command bar, and then select the "Delete Browsing History" option. The Internet Options window will appear. Delete Dogpile Website Searches in the Firefox Browser

Navigation and terminology in the Firefox web browser is a bit different than Internet Explorer. In Firefox, you click on the "Tools" tab and go to "Options" in the drop-down menu. Go to the "Privacy" tab when the dialog window opens and select the "Clear Browsing History Now" action. When the pop-up box appears, select the "Clear Now" option.
