The V-12 Vanquish was produced by the British car maker Aston Martin from 2002 to 2006. The Vanquish helped restore Aston Martin's good name and proved it could compete in today's luxury car market.
Types
Aston Martin released two versions of the Vanquish during its four years in production. The V-12 Vanquish was the only type available from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, Aston Martin offered the Vanquish S in addition to the initial model.
Features
According to Edmunds.com, the basic Vanquish featured a 6.0-liter, V-12 engine that delivered 460 horsepower and 400 feet of torque. The Vanquish S, on the other hand, featured an engine that delivered 520 horsepower and could reach a top speed of 200 mph.
