    The first dirt bike invented by Kawasaki was the B8M Motocrosser bike in 1963. Several companies including Honda, Yamaha and Kawasaki all began selling dirt bikes around the same time. The first "dirt bike" was a motorized bicycle invented by Gottlieb Daimler and Wilhelm Maybach in 1885.
