Cream Cheese
One ounce of cream cheese-based spread contains 83 calories, 5g of saturated fat, 188mg of sodium and 25mg of cholesterol, according to NutritionData.com.
Fast Food
Fast food usually has a larger amount of cholesterol other types of food. For example, a Bacanator from Wendy's contains 235mg of cholesterol and a Triple Whopper from Burger King contains 205mg. There are safer choices. For example, a Whopper Jr. from Burger King contains 40mg of cholesterol.
Ice Cream
One-half cup of Turkey Hill Butter Pecan Ice Cream contains 160 calories, 10g of fat, 95mg of sodium and 25mg of cholesterol.
