Help answer this question below.

My chest is flabby when i dont tense but when i do tense its full muscle.
should i be burning this or is it muscle?

    I can't really know, but if it's muscle
    You can check by training for tension.

    There's also the method of using an EMS/TENS
    device. It's very good for creating tension
    in Your muscles for quite some time after
    using it. And it's more precise and quicker.

    I don't know, but you could just make your chest muscles bigger just to make sure. If it's fat, you'll lose it. If it's muscle, then they would be toned.
