"Penny for the Guy? Penny for the old Guy?" Some Londoners are doing a modern day twist on the 404-year-old celebration. What with the health and safety nazis and a major recession we had a lot less fireworks than usual in London this year, (well, for the 5th anyway; Diwali was OK because we'd be accused of racism if we health and safetied or budgeted that into oblivion).
