I used to sleep like a log, but the older I get the more I wake up frequently during the night.
Only if I am late going to bed. Just lately I am sleeping 5 hours a night without waking.if I go early I wake a lot.
First I have to fall a sleep that is my problem. I can sleep through the night more often than not.
80- 90 %,if I take at least 15 mg of melatonin,before I go to sleep.I'm talking restfull sleep.

Lately,5%,used to be a regular thing,now,well,,IDK what's the problem.
