She looks like a young Kim Basinger. I thought maybe it was a shot of her from when she was much younger (I think she's now in her 50's) since DirecTV likes to show old clips of famous ppl in their commercials (think deceased Chris Farley and David Spade). Not sure but it sure looks a lot like her.
