Well, that all depends. Sometimes people think that they had a grade A interview, and that they should have the job in the bag. This, however, is not only the case. Perhaps it is percieved wrongly, and the interview didn't go as well as you hoped. Or maybe if it did go well, someone else whom they interviewed was better. You can never be 100% sure unless they outright say "You have the job."
Not necessarily. You may have done well, but for all you know, others could have done well in theirs as well. You just need to make sure you stand out from the rest.
You'd have a pretty good idea you DIDN"T get the job, anyway.
It depends.If i am the recruiter and i found the person suitable for the job then i will give him the idea that probably he got the job.
