  • Probably what you started with plus half of whatever was acquired during your month of matrimonial bliss. However, if your husband paid for everything acquired during the marriage with money he had prior to marriage, he may get those items.
  • Are you serious!? Four WEEKS!? Why did you get married - if you are separating that soon you must have known that things weren't right!? You are enititled to whatever the solicitors get for you but in all seriousness (morally) I would walk away with what is rightfully yours - what you had before the marriage and what you paid for since......if your husband had significantly more money and assets than you before your marriage there will be some explaining to do as to why you think you are entitled to more after such a very short period of time.
