No. For light, and all CRTs, LCDs, plasma or other types of displays, it's Red, green and blue. Additive Color Mixing.
Check out the pixels. http://lukas.ahrenberg.se/.../...etry_01_pengo.jpg For print, it's CMKY (or CMYK). Cyan, Magenta, Key, and Yellow. Subtractive color mixing.
