just working a lot. started a new job that is very demanding and put in more hours in my own business. In order to make sure i carve out time for my gf and children i had to spend less time on here

Not very. It's nearly 11pm here and I have been drinking cola for hours. Also I had half a pack of shortcake so I've got both a sugar rush and potential caffeine poisoning! Doing this doesn't help either.
