I have peircings and tattoos. how come i feel like employers are reluctant to hire me dispite my experince?

    Even if the owner or manager doesn't have a problem with it personally, they may feel that some (or many) of their customers/clients may not approve, and they don't want to give the wrong image.

    Because the fact is, your appearance is a reflection of who you are. There's nothing wrong with such things but they can be career limiting.
