I have 6 stumps on my side of land which my neighbour wants me to remove before putting up the fence. Do I have to do this? The stumps are definately not on the boarder line. They are totally on my side of the property

If he wants them removed so bad, he can pay for it. If they are on your property and not infringing on his, you can do whatever you want with them. Why does he want you to remove them?
