Final Cut Express or Adobe Premiere Pro? I was thinking of starting editing videos; which one of these is better?

"Better" is truly a matter of preference. The best editing software is the one that YOU feel most comfortable with. Final Cut Express has less features that Premiere Pro but that is because they are not comparable products. Final Cut Pro is more on par with Premiere Pro. With that said, I suspect if you may get better results on a program specifically written for Mac (I assume you are on a Mac since FC is not an option for PC users) than on a program written for PC and ported to Mac.
