go to the video on youtube you want, under the video click the "share" button, then click "embed" button be sure to check the box for "Use old embed code" and then copy/cut the embed code displayed and paste it into your question, answer or comment.
click submit
now go to your question, answer or comment and click edit your ... and re-paste the html code again (only if the embed didn't take the first time, which happens more then 50% of the time)
