You're reading What is more beneficial overall when taken everyday, garlic or ginkgo biloba?
Comments
Earlier today I took 30 mg of ginko biloba. I laid down and took a nap for the first time in like a year. I felt wonderful upon waking and remember having very peaceful visions while falling asleep. Ginko biloba does something, in fact I think it is the most beneficial supplement I have ever taken. I like garlic too, but I can only eat so much of it without damaging my stomach.

You can take garlic pills. I just read that the ginkgo is useless to take. I've never taken it. If it helps you, cool.

Maybe whoever wrote about it was referring to one thing about it in particular. I'm sure the person isn't dumb enough to claim that its entirely useless. Do garlic pills really work? I read that garlic is most effective if its consumed right after being chopped up well.

I don't take garlic pills and know nothing of them. I use a lot of garlic in cooking. The article was probably concentrating on ginkgo's claims about brain power and memory. I say if it helps you, no reason not to use it --- until someone comes out with how it harms you -- that's almost inevitable.
