As rural real estate areas develop in Texas, may homeowners force a previously existing neighboring farm or ranch to change its land use practices (sights, smells, etc.) or move? What Texas legislation addresses this problem?

    I don't know Texas law, but it is a shame that people move to the country and begin complaining about the smell of manure and demanding city services. They should have stayed where they belong. Our farm land is fast disappearing.
