I just tried to.

I can do it but not very well yet.

It's easier to do when your footwear has heel backing.

OK, I discovered that:
a) i cannot even moonwalk without flip-flops
and
b) Moonwalkin in flip-flops is a great way to take them off. This will be my preffered dismount from here on out
