Im having an Indian Muslim boyfriend i love him so much do you think we can marry each other although im not yet ready to convert?

Muslims can get married to , christian , Jews .
the kinda connect in the old history. both religions ( islam and christian ) share the basic idea ( forbidden of alcohol , pre-marriage sex ..etc )
also muslims belive in jesus and all the prophet in chirsitan religion .

i know many people - who in your case and they are more fine and -
good luck :) ( marriage is the best thing in the life )

and D.J ... if i searched for the word ignorant in a dictionary your picture will be there .

You'll basically become his property when you marry him. Muslims do not have similar attitudes towards women as you may know. Unless you're a muslim, too, I suggest you find someone else, before you're married and it's too late. Marrying for love is folly when there are so many practicalities that would make life difficult for you. Move on, and find someone with a similar background, so you'll have a better chance at relationship success.

Interesting info. Yet you didn't respond to my points at all. You know well that women have a lower social standing than men in your culture, yet you choose to mitigate that fact. In your country, it's also a crime for a woman to defy her husband. Quoting selected statistics does not change the fact that women are 2nd class citizens. Be fair when you defend your way of life.

you people are confused between arab stupid mentality and islam.
islam is the best thing happen to humankind , while arab is ... still living in their own restricted ignorance world .
brother go to , or read about islam in Bosnia and Herzegovina , malaysia or albania . islamic country with none-arab ppl existence.
i agree , and admit that 3rd world country , pakistan , yemen or ksa and their way of treating women is NOT humanity at all ( low education , women dont go out , government dont give drive license etc )
arab men dont let their women ( most of them ) to have - social , educational or good level at their work ( as i said dj arab stupid mentality )

Rashid, nobody is confused about Islam. Your Islamic brothers and sisters all consider non-Muslims to be infidels, and you know it. Your religion has done nothing great for mankind. Islam has created yet another version of "us" and "them." Don't try to convince us that Islam is a peaceful and tolerant religion they way YOU practice it, because that is simply a falsehood, and it's disrespectful to people who have been killed by fanatics in the name of your religion. If Muslims around the world truly cared about innocents, they would root-out the crazy fucking fanatic Islamists instead of tolerating them. Have you ever noticed WHO is blowing themselves up and killing innocent people around the world? Own-up to it, man: Muslims.

Love has no nationalities, religiouns. But considering your case!!! If you are living out of India and Pakistan. Ok Marry. If you are in India or Pakistan. gosh think about the decision. Y you should convert? keep your own things. no need to convert. If its a trouble to him. trust me there s no love between you two!
I know very well both about Indians and Muslims. Because I m non of both

yes and no depends on him and his parents too. You kno about the whole halal food n all that by now..so when it comes to marrying a muslim man, you ought to revise all this before you jump into making decisions.
