Lately never eat out. Always eat at home.

I only have a few places to eat out or pick food up and they are expensive. I only eat whole foods, organic or minimally processed chicken, vegetables and wild fish. I will not feed my family anything deep fried, with additives, processed or without nutritional value.
LOL sometimes I break the rules but not often.
If we stand up to these companies that are killing us with there additives they will be forced to change. Supply and demand will dictate. They will not continue to produce Soda with high fructose corn syrup if people refuse to buy it. They will stop adding MSG if people do not buy the product. They would take the hormones out of cold cuts, milk and other products if more people said NO.

Yes, but that's because I can prepare a better meal than a lot of local chefs. Also, eating gourmet food made at home won't break the bank.

Tomorrow night it's Chicken in a Red Pepper Shallot Sauce with saffron rice. There's always enough for one more setting.

Yes. I'm a single mom with two children and it's best to cook for my children. I know what they need and whats healthy.

yes. The only time i eat out is when I am traveling or when I was at work and had time for more than a sandwich.
