If you've had a seizure you need to be given a neurological exam immediately. I'm not kidding, seizures are serious and you should treat this with urgency. Don't hang around waiting for answers on a website. You should go and get checked over now.
A brain freeze is caused by consuming cold food/beverage rapidly, causing a rapid dilation and swelling of blood vessels from the palate to the brain which interprets the pain as coming from the forehead. Have you been diagnosed with epilepsy? Has this ever occurred before? How about your blood pressure? This may be indication of a serious medical condition. Check it out, soon.
