  • Hell is what we create, both on earth and beyond.
  • A loving God doesn't send people to Hell. A just God sends people to Hell.
  • Hell was created for the Devil and his angels. God made a way for us to escape hell. If we don't take the path that he has made and we end up in hell, it's not God's fault.
  • Downraters are welcome, but leave comment why you do so. otherwise you are all fundamentalists to me.
  • Nobody will go to hell when they die, even if they do not believe in God.Anybody who beleives that a loving God would send people to hell is living in cloud cuckoo land.
  • Because the very people that don't love God will be the one's sent to hell. The great thing is that God gives us all a chance to escape it. God's plan of salvation is the way out.
  • I actually wrote this answer for a similar question but I think the same answer applies to this question as well. The question was: If God is so forgiving and loving why did He feel it necessary to create Hell? And I Answered: To protect truth. If you murderer and convicted don't you go to jail? The punishment fits the crime. So in the same ways those who follow irreligion and over indulge in the 7 deadly sins are only being punished according to their own actions. It is not really God's fault but people. In fact God does shows us the right path by giving us exmplemary great souls like Saints, Angels etc, the Holy scriptures, and a conscious to make sure we don't sway from the path of Truth. God even comes down directly when irreligion is at a point of destroying the world. Since everyone has individuality and to some extent choice, people can make the decision to live of a life dedicated to God or sin. People aren't in control of the result but do have choice and individuality. Therefore if one dedicates themselves purely to God and acts, thinks, and prays with truth, love, devotion and respect; those souls go to Lord's Eternal Kingdom never hell. Hope my answer for that question, was helpful in answering this question. If not, I would be glad to write another answer.
  • They send themselves to Hell. There is a way to avoid it, and it is a relitively simple thing to do. People are given to being too stuck on proving that they don't have to believe in or accept God, and can do anything they want to consider it. They think that their ticket out of Hell is too restricting to having all the "fun" they want now to think about their immortal soul.
  • It looks like the religious believe that we are born destined for hell unless god intervenes. That is a heck of a way to run a religion.
  • A loving God wouldn't. Which is why He doesn't.
  • He wouldn't.
  • The deal is this. God doesn't send people to Hell. People send themselves there by unbelief and rebellion against God. The way the earth, heaven and hell were designed. The way that man and woman were designed. The ultimate devine plan and the laws that are in effect are just that. There is no way God is going to change the gameplan just for you. See, what's happening here is that God has created all of these things the way in which He sees fit. And you just plain and simply don't like it, because it doesn't get you off the hook to lead a completely selfish and sinful life. Here's some real good advise. Seek the Lord while he is playing the role of your Savior and Redeemer because when you you leave this world and go to the next one, He will be playing the role of your Judge. The very first thing to realize, know and accept is that God is God and you are not. So, guess what that means. Since God is sovereign and is in charge whatever He does or allows to happen is justified. By the way I have asked this question before too and understand where it's coming from, so I tell you these things not to brow-beat but to hopefully get you to seriously consider seeking God for the direct answers He can provide you once you get connected and plugged in thru faith, hope and love. Peace
  • "Tough love"?! ;-)
  • better yet what if he does not, maybe its a scare tactic
  • God wants all people to go to haven but some people take themselves to hell by doing bad things ! God orders us to build the earth "universe" when we destroy it we get ourselves to hell God orders us to love each other but we hate how god" Allah" will send us to haven when we don't deserve !!???????????
  • I just figured out something. God is flawed. People say that god is perfect but if he was he wouldn't be jelous if someone worships another god. Then his stupidity in giving the people the ten comandments but being himself above them and telling people to brake one of the rules which would give you a one way ticket to hell. To the question. God isn't loving he is not even real. Since he has the exact same emotions that humans do. So he doesn't love anyone expect his mindless bible humpers.
  • How can people ask this question a thousand times and think they are being clever? I have never seen anyone asking this question who wants a real answer. They are looking foe an argument or looking for a chance to preach their idea of God.
  • He doesn't. A Sadistic God determined to send folks to Hell does.
  • Because some people oppose God by setting themselves up in place of God.
  • Maybe he likes watching people being tortured....actually if there really was a god out there in the universe I would expect that to be the real reason - of that I have little doubt.
  • I would say it even stranger than he sends to his own son to be tortured and killed. No father would ever do that.
  • I don't know. Do you think people like Casey Anthony, Scott Peterson, Anthony Sowell, or John Allen Mohammed should be given a get into heaven free pass?
  • You got it wrong. God doesn't send anyone to hell. We send ourselves to hell by choosing to be disobedient to his commandments. You can't be a fornicator an adultetrer a thief a liar a murderer etc and expect to go to heaven. If you choose the things of the world over the things of God that is your choice to make. Afterall God did give us all free agency to make our own choices. With those choices though comes consequences. Choose to follow the ways of the world and disobey God's law and being cast into hell is the consequence for disobedience. It is like your parents when you were growing up. If you disobeyed then there was probably some sort of punishment for disobeying them. It didntmean they didn't love you because they punished you for being. bad. They did it out of love and because they wanted you to grow up to be a decent productive member of society. Its the same with God.. he is the father of our souls and he cannot allow us to continually ne disobedient to his laws without some sort of repercussions for that disobedience.
