1) I am a vegetarian, so whichever the taste of animals, it is not a valid reason for me to eat them.
2) Taste is subjective and also a matter of education. Young animals could taste better for various reasons (and youth is often an important component of cuteness).
The idea to justify preference on cuteness could also justify pedophilia.
The idea to justify meat eating on the ground that meat tastes good could also justify cannibalism.
Young, helpless animals would probably be easier to kill, at least as long as you forget ethical considerations, or their parents don't interfere.
3) Just like plants, you cannot rely on appearance to find out the taste of anything. And even if it tastes good, it is not necessarily good for you.
You could find a platypus cute, but it is venomous.
A polar bear is cute, but it could kill you.

Well it just so happens i'am not a rule,,,!! but i do measure up !! hehe ,,,and i would never eat anything that was cute ?? but then again,,,,it is an option i might be foolish to turn down ,,,,hehe
