many moons ago i bought a full length coat and the sales clerk did not take off the exploding ink tag..since i had the reciept, it was alright, but that ink took forever to come off my hands..

The same thing happened to me last week. It set the alarm off but no security guard stopped me so I walked off. You don't assume its you 'cos i've just spent some time queuing up and paying for it. Yeah, I only realised when i got home (and seriously, I'm not gonna go back to the shop!). It took me ages to take it off, but I'm glad it wasn't the ink tags, that's all i can say.

I bought five DVDs on sale a few months ago and paid for them on a self-service checkout. When I got home I noticed each one had a security device in them to stop them being stolen, but it didn't set off any sensors when I left the store.....
