agree, its not a sandwich.

Doesn't this "judge" have more important things to "rule" on? :-) I ask you this......Is a wrap a sandwich?
-
Not a sandwich. But judge better do other more important decisions. I could have asked my grankid and got the same answer (decision).
-
whats the definition of sandwich? and further more...uh who cares?
-
Not a sandwich in the traditional sense - any more than an egg roll would be considered one. To me a sandwich is a filling (vegetable, protein, or both) in between two slices of some type of bread.

i bielieve the judge should become a food critic and stop wasting tax dollars on such matters..arent the citizens outraged? and no a burrito is not a sandwich.
-
A fajita is not an almond tart. But ketchup is a vegetable. Elvis is an alien but Michael Jackson secretly lives in his hidden lair on Ganymede. I like burritos. Call them sandwiches I will eat many of them anyway.
-
I think judges have a lot more important things to do, than deciding whether a Burrito is a F'en sandwich.
-
I agree. A sandwich is something between two pieces of bread. If you cut a tortilla in half and put one half of it on either side of something else, you have a sandwich. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,228736,00.html

Is he the same judge that ruled that frozen potato chips were fresh vegetables? Maybe he's right this time. Burritos are no more a sandwich than stuffed pancakes would be. Where's the bread?
-
I agree, it's not a sandwich though it can be eaten in hand. But food eaten in hand, even if it has a starch food item wrapped around it doesn't automatically make it a sandwich.
-
I would agree a burrito is not a sandwich, but i don't understand why a judge would have to rule on this, boy some of the stuff our judges waste time on.
-
I would agree it is not a sandwich. +5

They needed to go to court over that? Jesus, no wonder why our legal system is so behind.
-
you needed a judge for that?
-
True not a sandwich! got a link?

What is there to disagree about? A "sandwich" consists of two separate surfaces. A burrito is simply one surface rolled over
