Question

Help answer this question below.

I have a 2003 buick rendevous with 121000 miles on it. when i have it in park, neutral the engine rav up to 3000 rpm. also when i'm driving my car jerks and the temperature gauge goes up and down. i cleaned the throttle body,but it didnt help.whats wrong?

I have a 99 ford taurus.my problem is it is not idling properly. I could be parked or driving. The car kind of jerks or tries to jerk forward and my dash lights go dim. The rpm needle goes way down almost to zero then it jerks back up to 1rpm.

I just cleaned the carbs on my '92 Suzuki Katana and now the idle speed bounces from about 800 to 3000. The throttle isn't stuck and the choke isn't on. It just slowly bounces between 800 and 3000 until it runs out of gas or I shut it off. Whats Wrong?
