Is there any point trying to get some sleep if you're still up gone 4am?

No, sleep will come at 6am, by then it's too late, I understand.

depending, if you have to do something later that day do you think youll be able to stay up for it or will you be tired so it might be worth it going to sleep

I have a councelling session later on and it's 4:20 in the am. It's my assesment appointment and I really don't want her to think I'm really nuts....pls heeeellllppp!!

If you have to go to work in the morning, you should call in sick and get some sleep. If you're not sick when you phone in, you sure will be after 8-10 hours of work. People who work while sleep depraved cause accidents. And don't let it happen again!
