Seriously, I think there are benefits as well as detriments to eating meat. I think anyone who likes meat, should eat it as long as he/she is aware of what the potential harm can be. Personally, I love a juicy sirloin with a baked potato.

In the real world maybe...Ideally though anybody that wants it should have it; we should all have the means to get our hands on a piece of meat if we are so inclined.
