Why is opinion of alive citizens of universal health care countries about their free health care is biased toward satisfaction? Hint: it's not policy thing, merely a statistical effect of polling a biased sampling pool.

    Because dead citizens don't talk much. It's only the alive citizens that can answer questions.

    In Australia we have Medicare and while it does have its problems( with State and Federal Government having a shit fight over funding) it seems to work very well in 95% of cases... I have NEVER had any problems getting care from any doctors or hospitals and its always been first class care

    The dead ones are not necessarily dissatisfied. Let's face it, everyone dies in the end. The dead citizens could have been quite satisfied with their care before they died; we'll never know. The only point of view we can know is that of the living, so the fact that they like their universal health care is telling.
