When you had to remind them in the first place what it was they are suppose to be sorry about.
When they are not sincere.
Assassination.
"Sorry, just killed the president, hope you have a backup!"
If they spilt food or drink on me and said sorry whilst smiling.
I can think of situations. "Susan and I are engaged!" "Sorry."
When it adds insult to the injury...
When I feel like I'm only being apologized to because the person thinks that's what I want to hear.
