Could anybody give me a workout plan to define my chest/pecs i dont want to gain mass just define my chest. thanks (2009-11-02)

Do as much push-ups as you can until fatigue, then wait a minute. Repeat this in a row 3 times. Also, do it every other day. Try to eat some meat afterwards. You can add side planks in their as well if you want to.
