You can certainly sue the pub. You might get a huge settlement.
You can also get an injunction against their displaying your photos, and probably recover the photos in their possession.

You're reading I would like to know is ther anything i can do about some naked modelling phoos of mine that have been exposed in my local pub on a big screen without my concent. i was also no where near the pub at the time and have no idea who done this?
