I went to so many concerts that I had lousy seats,but I remember going to see Steve perry this was a while ago but had seats in the balcony,but it was a small theater in Ny but was able to see because of it's size.:)

I've sat in either the third or fourth (top) level for many basketball and hockey games and concerts, including Elton John, at Madison Square Garden and enjoyed it every time.
