Truly, I think it's babyish to think you are in a group that is just SO much better than anyone else's. Out in the real world, you have to learn to get along with and work alongside all different people. There is no room in the workplace for pettiness and thinking you are better than someone else. You either get along and work with whoever shares your job description or you get fired.

We are tribal creatures. We need to belong to a group until we become enlightened and need less and less of other's approval.

"We are so Popular" and "Lets sign up for Cheerleading" cliques need to stay in high school..once u graduate leave that at the door..:D
