As far as I know, removal of the clitoris is not a part of Islam. It is a cultural custom that is very bad indeed. Would you cut off your arm if other people were doing it? Please think again - the consequences can only be negative.

You could find some information about this in the following article. Please consider that it is a kind of self mutilation which will only have negative consequences for you. I strongly advice to inform yourself about the consequences before doing something that you could regret in the future.
