Help answer this question below.
An appetizer (Tapas) restaurant.
We would have snacks, canapés, fondue's and finger food.
I'd open a Champagne and Port bar annexed to Spicy Hot's tapas bar. Folks could wander between the two, sampling tapas, and glasses of sparkling wines or fortified dessert wines. Wooooohooo!
Mine would be a western style steak house with a big ass dance floor so people could dance while they waited on their meal and after.
I would serve Canadian Food.
I'd serve fried chicken and waffles.

OMG do we really want to start this here?! My wife and I LOVE tapas! Love, love, love them! Serrano ham on every plate, and salchichon sausages, and mushrooms, and squids, and shrimps, and cheeses from goats and cows and sheeps, and wine, and Champagne, and butter, and garlic, and okay I'll stop now... oh and little fishes and flowers, and fried potatoes, and I'd better go now...
