For some, even though they claim not to be religious, sports is their religion.
I agree. Poor sportsmanship. I've been lucky that I was just taunted good naturedly when I've gone to 'enemy territory' to see one of my favorite teams play. I would never attack someone who is rooting for the visiting team.
If you could play for any championship team from any era, what would it be?

You're reading Do you find it in poor taste when sports fans attack each other because they are routing for their home teams? I think in America we should know better. Do these fans have the intellect to understand we are all Americans? Why to sports stars play?
