Old boy learning so please be simple. new labtop with webcam, how do i start the thing, how do i send it, how will my boys see it? please help

its easier just to download an instant messenger such as Yahoo! tell your 'boys' to do the same.. add them to your contact list.. and invite them to view your webcam.. there could be a simpler way.. but i prefer that way. (: it isn't ass complicated as it sounds.

As "the slickest" says, download an IM program. I recommend MSN, its easy to use and free. Go to http://download.live.com/?sku=messenger&wa=wsignin1.0 and click on the "Download" button on the right. When you have downloaded it install it and make a user name ect. When you have a chat box open with one (or more) of your boys simply click "video" at the top of the chat box and your web cam should start automatically.
