    I dont understand the question legal highs? im guessing legal drugs that you want to get high off or legally sells drugs. bud mail, im not sure of the website is one company that sells weed online and its top quality weed however they keep getting shut down and try to bypass the law and coming back as different company names and whatnot and I think right now you have to have a medical certificate or some kind of certificate in order for them to do it now. Im sure you can go down to the city and find someone to get you one fake one
