Yea just go to the post office and tell them or if you don't have time for that cross out the address and mail them back.
All I usually do is mark return to sender on the mail and give to the postman or either drop it in a post box. If they continue to send it then oh well.
where do i go in the uk if i want to make a complaint about a service because ive been ripped of and have evidence of it?

Well, i've been returning them to sender for 2 years now as its post from Lloyds TSB bank who will not accept that he doesn't live at my address until he changes it with them himself - and he won't. Cheers anyway
