Yes trust me!! One of my friends has just lost 120 pounds and now it's changed his life.. mostly he was missing the confidence to meet people so he retaliated with cruel jokes to cover his pain.. now his whole attitude has changed. Good luck I know it's hard.. I'm trying to lose weight and it blows.

Sure but should work hard at it. Bald isn't a problem. The weight might be, which creates the sweat, which is probably creating the pimples. Body hair isn't a problem because I reckon she'll love you before you take your shirt off. Best advice, hit the gym, shave your head (totally bald looks more bad ass than balding), get some acne treatment. How old are you? Might not be too old where living at home is a bad thing. If it is I work at getting a new job that can support yourself on. Hit the gym and work.

Also they should love you for you, but your not gonna be confident until you do these things and unconfidence is a killer. But get in shape, and 75% of this will come together.

Sure, you've just gotta become REALLY loud, like if you were on a train, in the middle of the car, people in both connecting cars would hear your conversation. When it comes to faking confidence, bombastic>sarcastic any day of the week.
