Blah to me is saying that whatever word that really should be there I cannot be bothered to say and/or am not too bothered about. It represents boredom, tedium and not being bothered to make an effort

That I messed up what I was saying; I'm tongue-tied. Also it can mean I am feeling blah, which means I feel tired, bored and usually depressed to some degree.
