Did you see what came loose on that thing? I'd be horrified to drive over it.

When Caltrans get the welding right and the two other independent agencies determine that the repair is good enough- Who knows, could never open! My grandfather helped build the bridge and the repair design is not the right type for controlling multi- directional movement.
