    I would think they need to go to JAIL....where they may get to meet individuals who would show them exactly how it feels to be at the nonexistent mercy of someone who delights in giving them a good kick or worse....

    the lowest of the low - unless this person is a young child (in which case some despicable ass has showed them similar abusive behavior and/or they are in serious need of lessons in how to treat animals) they are worthy of nothing but contempt. No animal should be treated with force - one of the few things that truly engrages me.

    I would think he is a very cruel individual who would do much worse to a person many serial killers start out on torturing animals, granted kicking is far from torturing, but if they care this little for something so small and defenseless, what do they care of people.

    Depends on the situation and person. If it was a kid below 10, then I would try to explain why it is wrong. If it was someone older than 10, then the puppy would have to be attacking them for it to be ok.

    Any other situation, and the person needs a stab in the eye.
