Help answer this question below.
Be careful not to do too much lower body resistance training. It will build your muscle mass, and If your fat mass stays the same your overall leg diameter will get larger. Maybe do some cardio to lose some fat, and do some resistance training on your upper body to even yourself out. It might be really hard If you are pre dispositioned to that shape. good luck!!
Easy, just do excercises that only pertain to your thighs. You shouldn't have a problem since you are relatively thin already. Good Luck +4
Cardio burns fat. I think that if you work up to jogging for 30 min, that should help work your legs and burn fat and get your heart in shape.
Are your thighs fat, or just large? I've always had large thighs compared to the rest of me due to dance, gymnastics and running.
If the rest of you is thin, some cardio will help, but you should mostly be doing work-outs that target your legs. Squats, lunges, if possible hit a gym once in a while and use the machines there that target the legs. Take up some like dance, which uses the legs a lot and burns fat at the same time.
Eliminate BHT in your diet and in time your body will break it down.
BHT was originally made as a cheep "fat preservative" to fatten and bulk the beef cows because the body could not break it down if fed continually. Now they add it to our food to fatten us up. But if eliminated from your diet the body will break it down with time. So read all ingredients or buy Organic with no preservatives.
A plastic surgeon ounce tested cellulite from liposuction and the conclusion was 95% off what he sucked was BHT. Conclusion, No BHT no Cellulite.
Do not let the GREEDY powers that be treat us like cattle, it is even cruel to give it to the cattle! Now they feed it to baby"s (baby food) and children (most children cereal) So read your ingredients!!

You're reading My body is relatively slender but have thick thighs. How could I lose the flab off my thighs? Diets will make me lose fat all over my body and since I'm already in a thin shape, I'd like to target my legs ONLY, in order to even the distribution of my fat.
